Data we handle
This website does not collect personal data directly. We do not use contact forms or user accounts. All communication is routed through WhatsApp, where any identifying data submitted by the user is subject to WhatsApp's terms of use and privacy policy.
Purpose and legal basis
When a user starts a WhatsApp conversation with Asolym, the data they voluntarily share is used to answer their enquiry and, where applicable, arrange a viewing or formalise a rental contract. Legal basis: the user's consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a) and pre-contractual measures (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
Retention
Data is kept for as long as the enquiry-related relationship lasts and, where applicable, for the legally required period of the resulting contractual relationship.
Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law. Data exchanged through WhatsApp is processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited as the service provider.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability via privacidad@asolym.es. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
